Mi is lehetne izgalmasabb, mint egy olyan énekművész áriaestjével nyitni a 2026-os év Sztárestek zongorával sorozatát, akinek sztárrá válásáról konkrét ismerettel rendelkezünk? Freddie de Tommaso tenor 2021 decemberében vált ugyanis híressé, amikor is beugrott egy londoni Tosca-előadásba, hogy 28 évesen Cavaradossit játszva megmentse az előadást, miután lebetegedett a férfi főszereplő. A sajtó ekkor fogalmazott úgy, hogy új sztár született. Az énekes Cavaradossi mellett megformálta az operairodalom számos tenor szerepét, Otellótól Pinkertonon át Don Joséig, ám dalesttel is időről időre elkápráztatja a közönséget – így tesz most Budapesten is.
