Egon Wolff Papírvirágok című műve az egyik legismertebb dél - amerikai dráma. Egy pszicho-dráma, amiben két magányos, sérült lelkű ember keresi a kiutat.
Ez tulajdonképpen áldozatok csatája, ahol senkinek sincs esélye a győzelemre.
Két kibékíthetetlenül ellentétes világ találkozása.
Egy magányos, emlékeinek élő asszony lakásába enged egy fiatal fiút, aki aztán ott ragad, és fokozatosan saját képére formálja a csendes polgári otthont, s annak lakóját is. És hogy ennek a játszmának ki lesz a győztese? Egyáltalán lehet-e győztese? Erre is választ kapunk az este végén.
