Mókus és Csibili – a kedves házaspár, nem gazdagok, s nem szegények -, átlagemberek. Ők is – mint mi, mindannyian – álmodoznak, a térképre böknek és hipp-hopp képzeletben máris ott vannak… ahol … s addig, ameddig, a megvalósításhoz csupán a pénz hiányzik. Egy szép napon Mókus azzal állít be, hogy új életet kezdenek, tulajdonosok lettek. S elindulnak, hogy elfoglalják álmaik birtokát a tengerparton! De addig…?! Nos, ne lepődjenek meg, a történet a végén kezdődik, s aztán majd minden kiderül.
