Ha néhány évvel ezelőtt elmulasztották a Jövőre, veled, itt című produkciónkat, akkor sem kell aggódniuk, a második rész önmagában is tökéletes egészet alkot.
Doris és George huszonöt éve szeretik egymást és randevúznak titokban. Évente egyszer találkoznak, pedig már mindketten családot alapítottak. Ezt a furcsa, megmagyarázhatatlan viszonyt végleg elengedni azonban legalább annyira tűnik lehetetlennek, mint egymást választani egy életre. Vajon mit keresnek? És mit találnak meg évente egyszer együtt?
