Mit csinál egy író? Ír. Biztos olvas is. És még? Valószínűleg figyel, megfigyel, mindent és mindenkit. Ha valaki nagyon néz a villamoson, lehet, hogy egy író az, aki épp terepszemlét tart, nyersanyagot gyűjt. Érdemes ilyenkor elfordulni (vagy elmenni onnan), ha az ember nem akarja, hogy ,,meg legyen írva”… persze lehet, hogy már késő.
Programsorozatunkban Maros András író beszélget aktuális íróvendégével írásról, olvasásról, faggatja műhelytitkokról, példaképekről, az írói lét szépségeiről, nehézségeiről. Aztán amikor kifogy a kérdésekből, a nézőkhöz fordul plusz kérdésekért; Katona László színművész pedig felolvas a vendég szövegeiből.
A sorozat első vendége: Garaczi László, József Attila-díjas író.

Premiered in 1926, the singspiel is a milestone in Hungarian music history: its composer, Zoltán Kodály, fulfilled his aspiration to elevate Hungarian folk song of ancient origin to the same status as classical music, by virtue of its equivalent values, placing it on the stage of the nation’s Opera House.

A 60-minute tour starts every day at 13:30, 15:00 and 16:30 in English. Please note that the auditorium is closed for visits during rehearsals. Guided tours are not available during performances.
