A Hobo Blues Band már 1978-ban játszott megzenésített József Attila verset, s Földes László azóta sem szakadt el a költő műveitől. Ezen az estén persze elsősorban nem rockdalokra kell számítani, noha sok zene is meg fog szólalni. A lényeg azonban az, ahogyan Hobo előadja a költeményeket: „Nem a szövegeket mondom, hanem azt, amit ezek a szövegek jelentenek nekem”.
József Attiláról így vall: „Verseit úgy olvasom, mint szent könyveket, és néha mintha a saját gondolataimat látnám leírva.”
