Károly bácsi és Irma néni pihenni mennek Hévízre. Itt kezdődnek a gondok. A macskák át akarják venni az irányítást a ház körül, de természetesen Frakk ezt nem hagyja annyiban. Persze a végén barátság lesz a konfliktusból, méghozzá akkora, hogy az utca összes macskája meghívást kap a macskabálba!
