“Elmesélünk egy történetet azokkal a lehetőségekkel és szabadsággal, amelyet egy mesélői helyzet megenged. Azaz a korlátlan fantáziával, játékosan mégis komolyan véve, ahogy az ember komolyan beszél a gyerekekkel szerelemről, halálról, tisztességről, barátságról.
Azt hittem, bizonyos szerepek elmennek az ember mellett. Tévedtem. Csak utolértek. De hogy még Dajka is leszek, ez váratlan meglepetés. De kellemes. A célunk az, hogy megszólaljon a darab mondanivalója, a Shakespeare által írt Rómeó és Júlia”.

What happens when the worst traits of a power-hungry prince incapable of resisting earthly pleasures, a morally corrupt, vengeful, manipulative woman, and a desire-driven but highly impressionable teenage girl all erupt at the same time upon the appearance of a holy man?
Please note that the auditorium is closed for visits during rehearsals. Guided tours are not available during performances.
There are evenings when our Opera House cannot perform because rehearsals are ongoing on stage until the evening. There are audience members who can only afford to hear their favourite pieces with a discount. And there are works that, although very popular, cannot be staged every season due to the congestion of productions.
