Péter Ajtai's long-cherished dream came true when he founded his band dedicated to the music of Charles Mingus. Mingus is clearly a musician who transcends any genre, so it is no coincidence that he is held in such high esteem within and beyond the various jazz scenes. The members of Mingus! Mingus! The World of Ballet Remembers a Hungarian Legend 2014 saw the sudden passing of the international ballet artist and ballet director Iván Nagy. After his retirement, he had returned to serve his country by working as head artistic consultant for the Hungarian State Opera.
